Focusing on both MySQL and Microsoft Access databases ensuring all have gone through normalization process before deployment.

Javascript & jQuery

If you are looking to spice up the User Interface on your site, then nothing can do a better job than jQuery to be accessible by the highest number of devices. The beauty of this method is that if coded correctly the site will gracefully degrade for those users who do not support javascript on their device.
